On the afternoon of May 13, 2023, local time in German, the Qingdao Tourism Photo Exhibition, with the theme of “a Vibrant Ocean City, a Livable and Lovable City”, was held in the sister city, Regensburg. From Regensburg’s political, tourism, cultural, media, and business communities and overseas Chinese, about 30 representatives attended the event.
Ms. Wang Hua, President of the Regensburg Association for Sino-German Friendship and Cultural Exchange spoke on behalf of the sponsors and organizers of the event. She said that we hope through this event, more citizens of Regensburg will get to know Qingdao better, and further enhance the friendship and mutual trust between the people of the two countries and cities.
The sister city residents present expressed their wish to visit Qingdao sooner to experience the beauty of Qingdao and taste Tsingtao beer in person.
