On October 23, Qingdao Airport's "Qing-Easy Fly, Fly for Medics" promotional event for the new flight season was held at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. Many medical professionals used their lunch break to visit the site, inquiring about flight information and travel benefits.
This event was jointly organized by Qingdao Airport and 11 airlines, including Shandong Airlines, Qingdao Airlines, Air China, China Southern Airlines, Juneyao Air, Shenzhen Airlines, Xiamen Air, Sichuan Airlines, Okay Airways, Air Macau, and Korean Air. Through a model of "Aviation + Public Welfare," the initiative aims to deliver the latest routes and exclusive benefits of the winter-spring flight season directly to frontline medical personnel, paying tribute to their benevolent spirit with tangible actions.
At the event, Qingdao Airport staff highlighted several new and more frequent routes for the current season, covering popular snow and ice tourism destinations as well as sought-after southern cities, providing travelers with a wider range of choices. The participating airlines also rolled out exclusive travel perks, such as free ticket raffles, special discount fares, multi-trip packages, and cost-effective annual membership cards. These offers were complemented by convenient services like priority check-in, extra baggage allowance, and fast-track security checks, ensuring a smoother and more considerate travel experience for medical staff.
"I heard there's a new route to Lishui. It will be much more convenient for short weekend trips now!" a doctor remarked after learning about the new flight information. A nurse, Ms. Lin, added with a smile, "The weather is getting colder, and I've been wanting to take a vacation in a warmer place like Southeast Asia. The new routes to Phnom Penh and Hanoi sound great. I plan to check them out during the holidays."
Moving forward, Qingdao Airport will continue to expand its "Qing-Easy Fly" series of public welfare activities, bringing them to more venues such as campuses, enterprises, and communities, allowing citizens to experience warm, convenient, and affordable air travel services up close.
