On March 30th, "Meet France, Read Qingdao" Dialogue on Jointly Promoting the UN Ocean Decade was held at the Ocean Decade Cooperation Center.
The delegation led by Olivier POIVRE d’ARVOR, the Special Envoy of the President of France to the United Nations Ocean Conference, visited and listened to the relevant information of the Cooperation Center. Both sides engaged in exchanges and discussions on deepening their participation in the United Nations Ocean Conference, expanding the partnership between China and France's coastal cities, docking with France's marine industry resources, and establishing cooperation in the Sino-French "Ocean Decade" initiative. After that, the delegation went on a field visit of the Tangdaowan National Wetland Park located in the West Coast New Area, Qingdao.
Ocean Decade Cooperation Center will take this dialogue meeting as an important opportunity to actively expand the Blue Partnership, take a deep and practical approach to jointly protect the future of the ocean, build ocean order, and promote ocean prosperity.
