Good news from the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization) that Qingdao Chaoyin Primary School has been authorized the first IB World School for PYP in Shandong Province to accept both Chinese and foreign students.
Qingdao Chaoyin Primary School has innovatively integrated the IB curriculum with the Chinese National curriculum, and is committed to developing lifelong learners and socially responsible citizens. The school management team and the faculty team drew up and strictly implemented the action plan according to the IB PYP program standards. The school management team, the primary school faculty team, the students and their parents were thoroughly evaluated by the IB authorized visiting team for two days.
Up to now, there has been about 160 IB PYP authorized schools in mainland China and Qingdao Chaoyin Primary School has been the first IB World School in Shandong Province.
In the letter to Qingdao Chaoyin Primary School, Olli-Pekka Heinonen, the Director General of the IBO expressed congratulations and highly praised the school's educators, administrators, students and families.
