On the morning of April 23, the launch ceremony of 2023 Qingdao West Coast New Area National Reading Series was held in the third floor lecture hall of the West Coast New Area Citizen Culture Center Library.
In 2023, the Qingdao West Coast New Area Library and Citizen Culture Center Library will use this launch ceremony as a guide to continuously innovate and optimize public cultural services, actively participate in the modern public cultural service system and reading construction of the West Coast New Area, fully promote the construction of the National Public Cultural Service System Demonstration Zone, and contribute cultural and tourism forces to promote spiritual prosperity.
