On February 22, the award ceremony of “My China Story · My Story of Chinese Culture” international short video competition, jointly sponsored by China International Communications Group and the Information Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government, was held in Jining, Shandong Province.
“My China Story” brand was founded by China International Communications Group in 2018 to show the unique perspective of foreigners observing China and presenting the integration of China and foreign countries.
It is reported that the Publicity Department of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee won the Outstanding Organization Award of the competition; the work “Qingdao Intangible Cultural Heritage of Laixi Puppet Show” submitted by iQingdao overseas communication website won the second prize.
Xu Leyuan, the representative of the winning team and the director of iQingdao overseas communication website, said, “In 2008, Qingdao attracted the world’s attention as a partner city of Beijing Olympic Games; in 2018, Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center was again stunning the world as the main venue of SCO Qingdao Summit; in 2023, we once again invite the world to come to Qingdao to experience the unique charm of this vibrant ocean city and livable and lovable city.
