Today is the 2nd day of the 1st month in Lunar Calendar.
In many parts of China, Songnian（Farewell to the year）is on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar, but Qingdao is different, as it is usually sent after sunset on the second day of the first lunar month.
When “Songnian”, families set up offerings, send the God of Wealth. In the rural areas, each family came one after another to light candles, send ancestors back to the grave, that the New Year has passed.
