2022 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Armenia. In order to enhance the friendship between China and Armenia, Qingdao, China and Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, established sister-city relationship.
On June 16, themed “Sister cities cooperation for a shared future”, the Qingdao-Yerevan Sister Cities Video Conference was held online in Qingdao and Yerevan.
Sergey Manassarian, Armenian Ambassador to China said that Qingdao is not just a beautiful and prosperous metropolis, and in recent years it has also gradually become one of the most important port cities in China.
Qingdao is developing at an amazing pace and the city's appearance is constantly being updated.
