From August 28th to 30th, Shandong Overseas Returned Scholars Association (Shandong Overseas-educated Scholars Association) held the Returnee Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit，Qingdao，Shandong，China.
With the theme of “Pool Wisdom of Returned Overseas Students Into Shandong, Serve the Country and Embrace SCO”,the summit gives full play to the advantages of talents resources of Overseas Returned Scholars Association, focusing on the national strategy of SCO Demonstration Area, and building a platform for exchange and cooperation of talents at home and abroad.
At the meeting, the inauguration ceremony of the homecoming innovation and entrepreneurship base of the European and American Association was held, the strategic cooperation agreement between the SCO Demonstration Area and some talent organizations and platform institutions was signed, and some representative projects were signed on site.
Parallel forums and special study and exchange activities were also held during the conference. The conference was combined online and offline, with active online participation of overseas students and overseas Chinese at home and abroad.
