On May 9, the opening ceremony of 2022 Looking China Youth Film Project Shandong Tour, jointly organized by Academy for International Communication of Chinese Culture and Huilin Foundation and hosted by Ocean University of China, was held at Ocean University of China (Laoshan Campus).
Liu Yong, Vice President of Ocean University of China, and Zhu Yiling, Division Chief of the Foreign Communication Department of the Publicity Department of the Qingdao Municipal Committee, attended the ceremony and jointly awarded the flag to the student representatives.
This activity aims to enhance the international influence of Chinese culture and strengthen the cross-cultural communication, exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign youths.
38 students from OUC including 8 international students will make 9 short documentary films to spread the culture of Shandong and to show the charm of China.
