Qingdao Business Center in Hong Kong is an overseas business representative of Qingdao to serve the purposes of "attracting foreign investments and talents to Qingdao" and "helping Qingdao businesses to go global". It has the following duties: enhancing communication between Qingdao and Fortune 500 and transnational corporations and relevant business associations and chambers of commerce in Hong Kong; promoting the image of Qingdao and its investment policies and key projects in modern industries; collecting information of investment projects in Qingdao; providing policy consultation and investment and M&A information to Qingdao businesses going global, and helping them look for business partners, access local market, and particularly, develop sales channels; and serving as an overseas talent workstation to introduce overseas talents.
