Wynn Cup Qingdao-Macao International Offshore Race 2021 to be Held in Qingdao in May

The Wynn Cup Qingdao-Macao International Offshore Race 2021 is an initiative to run people's satisfaction sports, and a new attempt to explore sports to empower urban development. The race will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party from the sports role, to integrate the new pattern of development with the sail as a medium, to create a new platform for diversified cooperation between cities, and to show the new charm of fashion events from all-media perspective. The race aims to dedicate to the centenary of the Party with greater and newer achievements.

The event is jointly initiated by Qingdao and Macao, which is listed as one of the 2021 Annual China Sailing Events in 2021. The race will be held from May 10 to 31, starting from Qingdao, going through Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and finally crossing the line in Macao.

The race is run on Beneteau boats, with two types of rally race and track race. The event will consist of rally and track races. The rally race, spanning a total distance of about 1,200 nautical miles, involves stages connecting the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, the Asian Games Sailing Center in Ningbo, the Wuyuan Bay Sailing Harbor in Xiamen, the Shenzhen Seven Star Yacht Club, the Jiuzhou Port in Zhuhai, and the Macao Yacht Club Marina.

Wynn Cup Qingdao-Macao International Offshore Race 2021 will be held from May 7 to 10. The opening ceremony will be held on the evening of May 9, and the fleet will set sail on May 10.
