On October 20, Information Office of Qingdao Municipal People's Government held a press conference on optimizing the business environment in Qingdao, and released the Action Plan for Optimizing and Improving the Business Environment in Qingdao.
This plan is the first time that Qingdao has launched an innovative breakthrough action plan that directly focuses on optimizing the business environment.

Qingdao will take the optimization of the business environment as the lifeline to promote the high-quality development, and strive to make the people feel efficient, convenient, fair and just in government services.
