Qingdao ranked 38th globally in the lates Global Financial Centers Index (GFCI) published by the British think tank Z/Yen Group and China Development Institute in Shenzhen Friday, rising by 4 places from the March issue of the index this year.
Since its first inclusion in the GFCI in March 2016, Qingdao has been ranked in the top 50 global financial centers for 10 times.
