Municipal leaders go deep into 78 projects to coordinate and solve difficult problems on site, 76 projects were started in the first half of the year, and 75% of the annual planned investment was completed.

In the first half of the year, Qingdao's increasing ability to attract quality resources reflects the city's more exciting future. The 70 key projects that have been signed to be landed are 58 landed and started, with a landing start rate of 82.9%; the top three districts and cities in terms of landing start rate are Shibei District, Licang District and Laixi, all of which are 100%.

In the process of serving the project landing, Qingdao strengthens land security and low utility land disposal. In the first half of the year, about 7,133 mu of new construction land was planned and about 36,000 mu of land was supplied, which strongly supported the construction of key projects.
The meeting distinctly pointed out the problems in the promotion of Qingdao project, and also pointed out the direction for the next step of pressure and progress. Qingdao concentrates on deepening Year of Project Landing, using QMS and other open platform carrier, to create a more competitive future in the promotion of project landing.
